Waratah Flats Obsession has a very soft handling, ultra fine fleece, with beautiful lustre and a great density. She carries a high frequency crimp along the length of the staple, which is full of character and style. There is also great fleece coverage, from her well-defined bonnet down to her belly and feet. It is a very uniform fleece, which has kept its' fineness through into the second shearing, reflecting the top quality genetics from her background. Waratah Flats Obsession has been mated to the outstanding medium fawn stud male Forestglen Seth - Supreme Champion of the 2008 International Fleece Show and Supreme Fleece Champion at the 2007 Sydney Royal. She is now scanned pregnant and due to have her first cria in early November 2009. With the combination of two Supreme Champion fawns, we expect this cria to be something really special.
