Achilles
Sired by the well known, Kaihere Peruvian Ven-Chura, a multiple broad ribbon winner himself and first in the sires progeny at the 2005 Expo. WF Achilles is out of a super fine, medium fawn, imported Peruvian dam, Waratah Flats Juanita, who is still only 21.7 micron in her 8th fleece, with a CF of 95%. Excellent fawn genetics on both sides. Waratah Flats Achilles is a solid frame, upright male, with a fantastic covering of soft handling, ultra fine fleece. Still only 19.36 micron in his second fleece, he has only moved a fraction of a micron between his first and second fleeces. He has a beautifully structured fleece, with well aligned bundling, great lustre and a deep, high frequency crimp style along the whole staple. Waratah Flats Achilles has only just come on the market and this is the first time he is offered for outside stud services. He started working in March 2007 and already has a number of Waratah Flats females scanned pregnant, with a very good conception rate for such a young male.
